These are more unusual and interesting Italian recipes, which I really liked. The contents are:
Antipasti ,Soups , Pasta, Risottos and Gnocchi , Fish and Seafood , Meat , Vegetables and Salads , Snacks , Desserts
So far, the index has been decent, although if a certain vegetable is used as only a part of a recipe and not the main ingredient, it’s not listed in the index.

The chicken marsala recipe so far is my favorite in this book, and I’ve tried some of the vegetable dishes, but I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface since there are 400 recipes. I’m planning to experiment more with the vegetable and seafood dishes. I have not tried any of the desserts, so I can’t say anything about those recipes in this book. The recipes I have tried have been easy to follow so far. Once in a while, a recipe will call for an ingredient that is a bit unusual, and I haven’t tried any of those recipes yet. However, most recipes use ingredients you can find in a largish supermarket.

Overall, I really enjoy this book for the unique and different types of recipes that I haven’t seen in other Italian cookbooks I own.
